Poliblitz 15 ABEK EX Escape Device

Filter type emergency respirator for escape from buildings and industrial areas in case of accidental pollution by toxic gases or vapours. Type A-B-E-K filter, it allows protection against organic and inorganic vapours (including chlorine, cyanidric acid, hydrogen sulphide), sulphur dioxide, ammonia and derived substances.

  1. Ensure first that the POLIBLITZ ABEK 15 case is sealed and not damaged and that the expiry date has not passed. If the
    seal has been tampered or the expiry date exceeded do not use the device.
  2. Pull the respirator out of its case after removing the protective adhesive tape from the container.
  3. Place the half-mask on the face with one hand and pass the harness over the neck by using the other hand.
  4. With both hands, hook the harness behind the neck and pull, if necessary the free straps of the harness to improve the adjustment of the mask on the face and therefore its leak tightness.
  5. Breathe a few times and leave straight away the polluted area, but without running.
