Features

Comfort - As well as being lightweight and breathable there is replaceable padding to provide extra comfort and a better fit. The comfort pad and the sweatband are moisture wicking to move sweat away from the skin.

Full HDPE Shell  - Underneath the sleek textile cover is a tough HDPE shell and a lightweight EPP impact liner, carefully designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

'Air Flow' Technology - The cover has large open weaved panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air. This substantially reduces heat build-up and discomfort for the wearer, especially when worn over long periods.

Hygienic - The sweatband and padding are treated with Polygiene®, which reduces skin irritations, odours and prolongs the lifetime of the fabrics.

Washable at 60°C - The HardCap AeroLite®60° liner may be cleaned with soap and warm water however this product is also machine washable at 60°C.
